First, we will have a stop in Murom – an ancient town with rich history and inheritance. There we will visit Holy Trinity Convent, where rest the relics of Saints Peter and Fevronia, known as patrons of family and marriage. Then we will go to Transfiguration Monastery / Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Savior, where there is the shrine with the particle of Ilya Muromets’s relics.

Next, we will arrive in Diveevo, where will plunge in the life of this wonderful place, known as The Fourth Domain of the Most Holy Theotokos (alongside with Iberia, Athos and Kyiv Pechersk Lavra). We will visit magnificent Holy Trinity Saint Seraphim-Diveyevo Monastery and venerate the shrine with relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov, who blessed schemanun/grand nun Alexandra to create the monastery. We will also venerate the relics of Alexandra and the first Diveev Sisters.

We will walk along The Mother of God’s Kanavka – a holy path, where, blessing the land and the people, The Mother of God’s holy feet walked. We will see “King’s tree” – the larch that was planted by the sisters ofDiveev monastery in 1904 in honor of birth of crown prince Aleksey Nikolaevich’s birth. In memory of the visit we will bring back some holy soil from the Kanavka and some croutons consecrated in St. Seraphim of Sarov’s iron pot.

We will look into the wanderer Pasha Sarovskaya’s (Paraskeva Diveyevskaya the Wanderer’s) museum hut, which guards the history of the monastery.
